Monday was Memorial Day and i was at my girlfriends place and while she was at work i decided to go to her little apartment gym and do some work. Worked on a few Clean and Jerks as some older guy usin the machines in this 15x20 square foot room stared at me. then i did 4 rounds of 10 burpees, 20 situps, 10 bench press at 135... good little workout for a holiday.
Tuesday i did a workout with Chase about 2:30 and then another with Noah and Aaron at 7:00
WOD 1
As many pullups as you can get in 1 minute, then
10 kb swings right arm/ left arm
30 double unders
10kb swings right arm/left arm
30 double unders
complete the same number of pullups as you did to start.
I forgot the times, but it was short, like 8-11 minutes.
I got 30 pullups, Chase got 18.. if i were to do this again i would repeat the middle part for 4 rounds.. that woulda been good.
WOD 2
Spent about 30 minutes teaching Aaron and Noah full cleans, then did some push presses.
AMRAP in 10
5 squat cleans
3 pullups ( burpees if you can't pullup )
80 yard run
Aaron: 6 rounds + cleans. (Some Burpees, 65/45lbs on cleans)
Noah: 7 rounds + pullups. (65 on cleans)
Korey: 9 Rounds + cleans. (106 on cleans)
WEDNESDAY
Did a pretty thorough warmup.. went through 2 rounds of 5 tire flips, 5 stone throws, 5 ring dips, 5 turkish get-ups 12kg KB.
Then did 200meter sprints x 2
WOD:
5 minutes to run an 800meter, rest the remainder of the 5,
15 box jumps
30 Bench Press
15 box jumps
30 Back Squat
15 box jumps
30 Push Press
15 box jumps
30 burpees
*all barbell work with 95lbs.

I understand that I am different yet will be given no special treatment here.

If I vomit, that is no excuse to stop my workout. I will get back up again …and again.

If it’s easy, I will go heavier.
I understand that this is a battle, I am here to dominate, nothing less. Sitting down … lying down … these are not options.
I will earn my respect by getting bigger, stronger, faster & mentally tougher.
I will outwork my opponents and do the extra work that no one ever told me to do.
I will train with fire in my eyes.
I will not back down!
